Your generosity strengthens our mission and continuity of the program. Every dollar received is equally important and purposeful. All donations are used to ensure that every Angel’s life, light, and legacy are never forgotten.
L’DOR VADOR (from generation to generation).There are two ways to help:
1. Partner with Mitzvahs for Angels
For your child’s special Mitzvah Ceremony. This experience will enhance your child’s service with a deeper spiritual and emotional connection to Israel and their heritage.
2. As an act of tzedakah
Generous donors believe in our mission and see Mitzvahs for Angels as a powerful way for teens and families to form deep connections with Israeli families and strengthen their connection to Israel.
Each tier below represents the impact of how your donation will be allocated.
No Minimum
Remember
An accessible and heartfelt way to participate up to $3,600.
What this level provides:
- Pairing with an Angel and receiving a brief biography on that child.
- Guidance on how to honor their memory during your child’s service.
- Suggested mitzvot such as saying Kaddish, lighting a candle, and in your Child’s D’var Torah.
Your donation helps to fund:
- Ongoing collection and curation of Angel biographies.
- Ongoing communication with families in Israel.
- Allocations of monies raised will also be donated to Israeli organizations who are helping in the healing and support of the families we are honoring.
Here are some of the organizations that funds will be donated to: American Friends of Nir Oz, www.Hostages255.org, www.jnf.org and many others.

This Tier includes everything in the Remember category while adding the following benefits suggested donations $3,600-$7,200
- Pairings will follow the same process as the Remember milestone, with the added opportunity to form a more personal connection by being directly connected with the Israeli family, if you wish..
- Allocations of funds to provide meaningful ways to honor the Angel’s memory through dedication or remembrance project in Israel such as rebuilding of their kibbutz or donation to their preferred organization.

Rebuild
This is the conceptual vision of Mitzvahs for Angels Philanthropy
The Rebuild tier can be either or both projects and include the additional services below.
- Rebuild can be either or both projects
- Establishing individual or group mitzvah projects to raise money to rebuild communities destroyed by the October 7th attacks.
- At the appropriate time, hosting a family impacted by the loss of an Angel and honoring that Angel’s life in conjunction with their own mitzvah ceremony and weekend.
If the Israeli family had to postpone their Mitzvah due to October 7th, you can host them to do a joint service and celebration. This would not deter any of the attention from either child and the celebration will be even more special for all involved. You can read about a recent joint Mitzvah on our testimonial page.
These added services help ensure that all travel and logistics for families visiting from Israel are thoughtfully coordinated, including additional planning for activities during their stay—particularly when your family is hosting photos or other special events.
