“Haggai's Bar Mitzvah was supposed to be on October 19th, 2023. Both Margalit and Gadi were kidnapped back then, and Haggai did not want to read his PARASHA (torah portion). He did not want to do anything. He told us: “Bar Mitzvah is something you do and remember for the rest of your life, and I cannot do it now, I do not want this to be my memory.”

We were privileged and honored to meet special, warm, kind, loving family, and now we feel we have new family members in the US and hope you feel you have new family here in Israel.

The option of being with you in Mason’s unique Bar Mitzvah was a once-in-a-lifetime experience for us.

Thanks to Mason and his entire family, with the help of an angel here in Israel called Merav, we now have additional memories that will always be with us, which made Haggai’s Bar Mitzvah even more special and memorable.

Two years ago, Haggai said, “I do not want this to be my memory”, and now he is saying, “I will remember this for the rest of my life”.

TODA RABA to Mason, that after the Bar Mitzvah is no longer a child, but a young adult. Thank you for having such a strong will to do good and support the people in Israel after October 7th. It is unusual for a 13-year-old child to think about such a great idea, not to mention making it happen. This is extraordinary! Thank you!
